Pamela Hoogeboom is a vis dev artist in Burbank California.
She graduated from the California Institute of the Arts in 2019, and since then has been a visual development artist at Warner Brothers Pictures Animation.

Projects she has contributed to include WB's and DC's Superpets, and the upcoming Cat in the Hat, as well as numerous Development projects.
She has also worked on comic covers for DC Comics, including titles such as Task force Z, Superman: Son of Kal-El, Black Adam, Teen Titans Academy, Superman, and Action Comics.
Additionally, she has experience in fabrication at Thingery Inc, with projects including Westworld, The Orville, Fox sports, and many other things that are very neat but under an NDA she's not about to break.
She primarily focuses on illustration, character design, concept design, and general world building, but is always up for a challenge!
